Return and refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?

If you have a major problem with any service offered by WORD MATCHING or a minor problem that could not be fixed in a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, at any time:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mail problems with your email provider or your own mail server, you may not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance.

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to “The Billing Department” via our contact page or via mail contact@word-matching.com within 3 days of the order being placed. Otherwise, the service will be considered received and downloaded.

Download and decompression problems: you may have problems downloading the product or decompressing it. Complaints regarding these problems should be submitted to the “Technical Support Department” through the contact page or by sending an email to the following address contact@word-matching.com. If you do not contact us properly during this period, you agree that we may consider the silence to be a successful download of the product without any right to compensation or refund for a “download problem”. If you do not receive download or decompression assistance within 3 days, your refund may be reduced.

Major defects: Although all services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such problems must be submitted to our Technical Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we do not correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial claim or any other notification provided by the customer, you will be refunded in full. Or, at the customer’s option, a replacement product of the same value may be offered; failure to notify the technical support team promptly may delay resolution of the problem.

Product not described: these problems must be reported to our Technical Support Department within 3 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided that the service purchased is not as described on the website. Complaints that are simply based on false expectations or customer wishes are not fulfilled.

Please note that we do not assume any responsibility and therefore do not satisfy any requests for refunds/returns/exchanges based on the incompatibility of our services with any third-party software (add-ons, plug-ins, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc. We do not guarantee that our services are fully compatible with third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
